Welcome to 98 Games. You warrant that all information provided to 98 Games is truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and gives 98 Games the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 98 Games account. Opening additional accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, to circumvent a suspension, or to separate different types of betting activity — is strictly prohibited. 98 Games employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations based on device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, identity documents, and other signals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 98 Games account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication setup. You should not share your login details with any other person. 98 Games will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact 98 Games customer support immediately via the support channels listed on the website. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account lock while the investigation is ongoing.

Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 98 Games will notify you by email or SMS before any dormancy fees or balance adjustments are applied. The dormancy fee, if applicable, is Rs 200 per calendar month and is deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding identity verification.

98 Games accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by 98 Games.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. • All deposits are credited to your 98 Games wallet in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider's processing speed.

• If a deposit cannot be credited due to a technical error or payment provider failure, 98 Games support should be contacted with the relevant transaction reference number. Resolution typically occurs within one business day.
• 98 Games does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own service charges, for which 98 Games is not responsible.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 98 Games wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and that matches the identity on your 98 Games account.
• Your account must have completed the required identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals.
• Any active bonus balance must be played through its stated rollover requirement before the associated portion of your wallet balance becomes withdrawable. Funds available for withdrawal versus bonus-restricted funds are displayed separately in your account wallet interface.

Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash typically within 10 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay within 30 minutes; IBFT bank transfers within one business day; Visa/Mastercard card refunds within 3–5 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

98 Games reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to believe the request is associated with unusual activity, suspected fraud, or a potential breach of these Terms. In such cases, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending state and the user will be notified. 98 Games aims to resolve pending withdrawal investigations within five business days.

98 Games offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing users. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses issued by 98 Games unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Welcome Bonus: New users who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more are eligible for the 98 Games welcome bonus of 100% up to Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus must be wagered once (1×) at minimum decimal odds of 1.80 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which unused bonus funds will expire.

Referral Bonus: The 98 Games referral programme pays Rs 500 to the referring user each time a friend registers via the referring user's unique link and completes a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more. Referral credits are credited automatically. Self-referral and duplicate account referrals are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to the 98 Games wallet bonus balance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• 98 Games reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating bets with other users — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

All sports betting markets at 98 Games — including PSL, international cricket, football, and all other sports — are governed by the individual market rules published within the platform alongside each betting market. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 98 Games.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed and binding only once it has been accepted by the 98 Games system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, price changes during submission, or system errors are not binding on either party.

Odds and Pricing: 98 Games publishes odds in decimal format. Odds displayed on the platform at the time of bet acceptance are the odds at which the bet is settled, regardless of subsequent price movements, unless a market is subject to a clear error as described below.

Obvious Errors: If odds or market outcomes are published in error due to a pricing mistake, technical fault, or data feed error, 98 Games reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. An obvious error is one where a reasonable person familiar with the relevant sport and market would recognise that the quoted price was clearly incorrect relative to true market probability.

Abandoned or Postponed Matches: If a sporting event is abandoned before completion and no official result is declared, most match-level markets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play markets that have already been settled on completed events within the match — such as settled over-by-over bets — remain as settled. Rescheduled matches: bets placed for the original fixture date are void if the match is rescheduled to a different date unless 98 Games explicitly confirms the bets carry over.

PSL Specific Rules: PSL matches settled via DLS method are treated as complete matches for match winner market purposes. Toss markets settle on the official toss result regardless of subsequent match outcome.

98 Games offers virtual sports, crash games, and card games in addition to live sports betting markets. These products operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently audited to confirm that outcomes are statistically fair and random.

Virtual sports events — including virtual cricket T10 and T20, virtual football, and virtual horse racing — are simulated events generated by RNG and do not reflect or correlate with real-world sporting outcomes. Results are determined at the moment each event runs and are not influenced by any previous event or by user activity on the platform.

Crash games operate on a shared multiplier mechanic where all active bettors in a round share the same multiplier trajectory. The crash point for each round is determined by a provably fair algorithm, the seed for which is published in advance and verifiable after each round concludes. Users who wish to verify any crash game round result may do so using the verification tools available in the games section.

98 Games is not responsible for outcomes in virtual sports or games that result from a user's own strategic choices, timing decisions, or misunderstanding of game mechanics. • Providing false or misleading information to 98 Games customer support or compliance teams.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 98 Games platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 98 Games content without prior written consent from 98 Games.

The 98 Games name, logo, and all associated brand elements may not be used in any external communication, advertisement, social media post, or other material without explicit written authorisation from 98 Games management.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 98 Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Losses incurred through gambling activity, including but not limited to losses from sports betting, virtual sports, crash games, and card games.
• Incorrect information provided by third-party data feeds that affects market settlement — though 98 Games will take reasonable steps to correct errors where they are identified and reported in a timely manner.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or major internet infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

98 Games collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by users in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on 98 Games, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
